  • Rashtriya Kishore Vaigyanik Sammelan (Children’s Science Congress) are going to be held to supply a singular opportunity for youngsters to look at selected projects and interact with eminent scientists and Nobel Laureates.
  • Pride Of India ISC Expo may be a Mega Science Exhibition which may be a unique platform for organizations from government, private and public sector to showcase their achievements within the field of science and technology.

Objectives: The Association was formed with the subsequent objectives –
  • To advance and promote the explanation for science in India.
  • To hold an annual congress at an appropriate place in India.
  • To publish such proceedings, journals, transactions and other publications as could also be considered desirable.
  • Securing and managing funds and arrangements for the promotion of science.
About :
  • It is a premier scientific organisation of India having a membership of more than 30,000 scientists.
  • Headquarter at Kolkata, West Bengal.
  • The association started in the year 1914 at the initiative of two British chemists, namely, Professor J. L. Simonsen and Professor P. S. MacMahon.
  • It meets annually, generally in the first week of January.
